Luftavia-Impress Aviation is a CAA P21G approved Production Organisation. With this approval, we are authorised to manufacture Category C2 (Parts), including:
Metallic airframe parts
Secondary non-metallic components
Simple electrical components and related assemblies
All parts manufactured by Luftavia-Impress Aviation can be issued with a CAA Form 1, provided the design originates from an approved CAA P21J Design Organisation and Luftavia-Impress Aviation, as the POA holder, maintains a direct contractual agreement with the DOA.
Our modern manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC routers, advanced milling machines, conventional machining equipment, and is supported by highly skilled technicians with extensive precision bench-forming expertise.
This combination enables Luftavia-Impress Aviation to respond quickly and efficiently to customer manufacturing requirements, whether for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations or routine production programs.
Part 145 Component Repair & Overhaul
Luftavia-Impress Aviation operates as a CAA, EASA, and FAA approved organisation for component repair and overhaul services. Our specialised workshops provide customers with CAA/FAA dual-release Form 1 certificates and/or EASA Form 1 certifications for components within the following categories:
C1 – Air Conditioning & Pressurisation
C4 – Doors and Hatches
C5 – Electrical Power
C6 – Equipment
C7 – Engines and APU’s
C8 – Flying Controls
C17 – Pneumatics
C18 – Protection (Ice, Rain & Fire)
C20 – Structures

Aerospace Spray Booth
Luftavia-Impress Aviation also offers professional aircraft component painting services through our flexible aerospace spray booth facility.
Our booth is capable of accommodating large aircraft components, including:
Rudders for narrow-body aircraft
Flaps
Fan cowls
Various other large structural components
