Technical Training
At Luftavia-Impress Aviation, we develop the next generation of highly skilled, regulation-compliant aircraft maintenance engineers. Our Technical Training Academy delivers advanced, industry-approved training programs designed to equip engineers with the qualifications and practical expertise required to maintain large commercial air transport (Group 1) aircraft — including flagship platforms such as the Airbus A380.
Engineers join us throughout their careers to gain type ratings, differences training, and specialist technical competencies that ensure they are fully prepared for both line and base maintenance environments.
Industry-Leading Aircraft Type Training
Our Training Suite delivers approved type training programs on:
Airbus A320 family (CFM56, V2500, LEAP-1A, PW1100G)
Airbus A380-800 (Trent 900 & GP7200)
Boeing 737 Next Generation (CFM56)
Boeing 777 (GE90, Trent 800, PW4000)
Embraer E-Jet E1 series (CF34)
Training is delivered to both internal engineers and external clients, with practical elements conducted across the UK and selected international locations.
Advanced Training Facilities
Our modern Training Suite features 22 fully equipped computer workstations, each connected to the latest revision maintenance data systems and technical publications — ensuring today’s digitally driven engineer is fully prepared to maintain next-generation aircraft.
Training access includes live documentation such as:
MEL / MMEL
FCOM
AMM
TSM
FIM
IPC / PIPC
All courses integrate both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training, including aircraft differences modules where applicable.
Flexible & Cost-Efficient Course Structure
By clearly segmenting B1.1 and B2 categories, we enable engineers to complete only the regulatory-required phases — reducing unnecessary training time and optimizing cost efficiency.
In addition to full type courses, we provide:
Differences & family conversion training (e.g., CFM56 to LEAP-1A)
Category conversions (B1 to B2 / B2 to B1)
Engine Ground Run (EGR) – initial & family conversion
Freighter differences training
Fuel Tank Safety & EWIS programs
Lease return & maintenance alignment training
Our programs ensure engineers are not just compliant — but operationally confident and technically proficient.
Dual Regulatory Approval
Luftavia-Impress Aviation maintains dual approval under:
EASA Part-147
UK CAA Part-147
Our approvals reflect our commitment to delivering training aligned with the highest international aviation safety and compliance standards
